To use the place setting cards, simply print them out and fold on the center line. This will form a 'tent' that should stand up on the table nicely.
To use the napkin rings, print them out and cut on the line. Roll the ends together so they form a ring. Overlap the ends and tape or glue them together. (I would suggest overlapping the ends so that one end covers my copyright information on the other end!)
